For the final, camera-ready submission, please:
- Include the source files used to produce the final document, as well as the PDF, figures and bbl file for LateX source files. Figures containing line drawings should have at least 800 dpi. Font within the caption should never be smaller than 6pt.
- An appendix or multiple appendices must be placed in front of the references and their combined length must not exceed 2 pages. If there is only one, it is designated “Appendix”; if there is more than one supplementary document, designate them as “Appendix 1”, “Appendix 2”, etc. Appendices should be referred to in the text. The content of an appendix is contained within the sections subordinated to the major heading “Appendix”. The language and styling rules for the text also apply to the appendices. The form of the numbering of tables, figures, and equations in an appendix should be the same as in the body of the article, continuing the numbering used there.
- Accommodate suggestions from reviewers when possible (e.g. correction of typos and notations, rephrasing, addition of references etc.)
- Deanonymise the paper, filling in authors' names, institutions and, preferably, ORCID ID. Specify the corresponding author in the header and the e-mail. The authors' names must be written in full.
- When necessary, it is possible to extend the length of the paper by half a page (maximum length 10 and a half pages including references).
- Use the Latin alphabet for the text and the references.
